The name change of the company, which is a 100% subsidiary of SEFE Securing Energy for Europe GmbH and based in Zug (Switzerland), was implemented in the frame of the renaming process of the SEFE Group.

Gazprom Turkey Enerji Anonym Sirketi, a 100% subsidiary of SEFE Schweiz AG, has also been renamed and has been operating under the name "SEFE Turkey Enerji A.Ş." since 26.07.2022.

All other subsidiaries of SEFE Schweiz AG will not be renamed.
